The working principle of the double-roller crusher:
The regulation of outfeed particle size: There are wedge-shaped or gasket regulating device between the two rollers, the top of the wedge-shaped device has adjustment bolt, the wedge tip active roller away from the fixed wheel when the adjustment bolt pull the wedge upward .At this time ,the gap of the two roller become larger, particle size outfeed become larger. when the wedge is down, the gap of the active roller become smaller under the action of the compression spring, particle size become smaller .Gasket device adjust the size of the particle outfeed through increase or decrease the quantity or thickness of pads .The gap of two roller become smaller when increasing gasket, the gap of two roller become large when reducing gasket, the particle size outfeed become smaller.
